Leadership

Bro. Wallace has been preaching and ministering to families and churches for over 55 years. He and his wife, Mary, have been longtime residents of Texarkana, and go wherever God needs them. He currently fills in as our interim pastor while God prepares the people of Faith for our next full-time pastor. Please be in prayer for Bro. Wallace as he leads Faith Baptist Church, and also be in prayer for us as we await what God has in store!

Mike joined us in January of 2023 with his wife, Tracey,  their daughter, Abby, 7, and son, Jake, 5.
Mike has been involved with full-time church ministry for more than 35 years. He began working at his home church as the Activities Director. A graduate from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, he received a masters degree in Christian Education with emphasis on youth education and gerontology. Served with First Baptist Church in Hope, AR for 14 years.

Kristy has been with us since August 2020 and serves as our financial secretary. Before that, she worked with Faith Christian Academy as their school secretary and helped with secretarial duties in their inaugural year. Married to Ricky Lanier for 25 years and they have two kids, Lucas (21) and Lani (19).

Bobby oversees our maintenance and building/grounds needs and helps to keep our campus in top condition. Married to his wife Anita and has 3 kids and 5 grandkids. Both Bobby and Anita are serving in a variety of functions and activities at Faith and we are blessed to have them both.

Andrew and his family have been with Faith for over 20 years. He oversees all computer, tech, sound, and social media affairs for the church.

Michelle became the director of Faith Christian Academy in 2022 and just finished her first full school year with the Academy. She has been with us for three years now and has lived in Texarkana all her life. Currently lives in Genoa with her husband, Hunter and their little boy Beckham. 

Nobody beats Jimmy when it comes to cooking and preparing food for church events, banquets, fellowships, and festivals! Together with his wife, Elaine, they fulfill many roles and needs at Faith. Current Faith Chili Cookoff Champion.
